In past few years, the committee has arranged a
number of seminars and internal discussion forums
for the members. Especially, after the July First
March, representatives from DABHK, HKDP, One country
Two system Research Institute, Anson Chan, etc were
invited respectively to join our different seminars.
Some international affairs such as the American
invasion of Afghanistan and Iraq were also the topics
for seminars. The committee would continue to keep
a platform for members to know more about current
issues by inviting major players to talk in seminars
and to initiate discussions among ourselves to fulfill
our responsibility as citizens of society. With
independent, constructive and tolerate attitudes,
professional views and critical mind, we hope to
make more positive contribution to our Motherland
and Hong Kong. |
